Convenient location and good value for money. the modern decor and cleanliness were impressive. the lift was a helpful facility during the stay. the manager kindly allowed a free late check-out which was appreciated.

Some amenities were lacking, such as milk for hot drinks and toiletries in questionable condition. Communication was difficult due to access to personnel being only via mobile phone.

The location of this accommodation is superb with easy access to the Sao Bento train station and many local cafes and stores. Everything is within walking distance and it's perfect for travelers who want convenience. the rooms are equipped with basic toiletries and new beds.

Maintenance seems to be a problem, with issues like loose door knobs and curtains requiring attention.

During my New Year stay in Porto, I found a great hotel nearby the train station which offered excellent value. The room was very comfortable, the bed was cozy, and the shower was warm. The location was perfect and easy to find. I could easily get around the city without a car as everything was nearby, making my trip convenient.

I must mention that the instructions provided were confusing and not very helpful. I had to figure out how to check-in and check-out on my own.
